Talk of the town : Putting MSW Charging On Hold

【明報專訊】The government implemented a demonstration scheme (「先行先試」計劃) for Municipal Solid Waste(MSW)Charging in April 2024. After two months of demonstration, the government has decided to put the MSW Charging on hold.
