【明報專訊】◆Ingredients: 1 dragon fruit, chilled 1 cup of fresh fruits 1/2 cup of baby spinach or vegetables of your choice 2-3 tablespoons of assorted nuts 1 tablespoon of honey (1)Cut the dragon fruit in half. (2)Gently scoop out the flesh and cut into small chunks. Reserve the dragon fruit shell as serving bowls. (3)Place the vegetables in the shells. Add chopped dragon fruits and other fruits on top.
