【明報專訊】Fermented foods are good for our health in many ways. For example, yoghurt stimulates bowel movements (排便). Shall we try it for breakfast? (see the picture) ?chocolate chips ?cereals ?plain yoghurt (chilled) ?banana ?fruits of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, etc) Steps 1. Cut along the banana's curved side, thus splitting it into halves. Place them on a dish. 2. Spread the yoghurt over the banana and sprinkle the cereals evenly on the yoghurt. 3.
