【明報專訊】Hong Kong will soon produce its home-made crabs, as a pond owner is working with a technology company to breed crabs in the city. Most of these home-bred pincer-wielding and sideways-walking creatures will be of the same species as the Chinese mitten crab, one of Hong Kongers' favourite dishes.
