Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900，尼采) was a German philosopher(哲學家) and author. Being multitalented, he was also a poet, a philologist(語文學家) and a composer. To this day, he is still one of the most influential thinkers.
When he was small, he attended a school which was specialised in languages and music. At the young age of 24, he became a professor at a university.
Nietzsche put forward the idea of the ''superman''. The ''superman'' is determined, confident, creative and cheerful. He/She craves ideals and honour. Nietzsche believed that people are unequal and they thus bear different responsibilities, the greatest of which are taken by the ''superman''.
