【明報專訊】The 2017 IWF Junior World Championships, organised by the International Weightlifting Federation, takes place in Tokyo, Japan, between 15 and 23 June.
Rule
In an Olympic contest, athletes in the same weight class take turns to lift a barbell loaded with weight plates. Every time a weightlifter lifts, he/she increases the load or lifts the same load. He/she is not allowed to reduce the weight of the barbell.
