¡i©ú³ø±M°T¡jThe Syrian Civil War (±Ô§Q¨È¤º¾Ô) has created the worst humanitarian crisis of our time. The war has killed hundreds of thousands of people and forced more than 11 million from their homes. In many cases, children caught up in this crisis have lost their parents, suffered physical and psychological trauma, or fallen years behind in school. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR, Áp¦X°êÃø¥Á¸p), 4.8 million Syrian refugees have fled to Turkey, Lebanon (¾¤¤Ú¹à), Jordan (¬ù¥¹), Egypt and Iraq, and 6.6 million are internally displaced within Syria. Meanwhile, about one million have requested asylum (§ÈÅ@) to Europe.
