Science fiction is stories about events in the future or other parts of the universe based on imagined developments in science. It usually portrays space or time travel, parallel universes or life on other planets. "Sci-fi" is short for science fiction.
Many sci-fi stories have been made into films. They are called sci-fi movies. Popular sci-fi movies made not long ago include The Maze Runner《移動迷宮》 and The Hunger Games《飢餓遊戲》 trilogy.
