【明報專訊】An endangered species is a species that is threatened with extinction. The International Union for Conservation of Nature's Red List of Threatened Species(IUCN Red List)provides information about range, population size, habitat and threats of different speicies. Currently, there are more than 147,500 species on the IUCN Red List, with more than 41,000 species threatened with extinction.
