【明報專訊】A carpet of dead blue whiting(藍鱈魚) covering thousands of square metres of the Atlantic Ocean appeared off the western coast of France. Environmental activists claim to have witnessed the FV Margiris, the world's second-largest fishing boat shed more than 100,000 unwanted fish, while the super trawler(拖網漁船) has reported an accidental spill.
