Good qualities of a radio personality

Aradio personality should be able to pronounce with a clear voice, but this is only a basic requirement. As one may need to react swiftly to the questions proposed by the phone-in listeners, or to the answers responded by the interviewees, he/she should always be able to improvise(即興創作) and show his/her creativity to interact with different people.
