Dr Panda: This is ridiculous! According to the health advice issued by the government, we should use 70-80% alcohol-based handrub to sanitize our hands. Alcoholic drinks are definitely not effective for disinfection!
Bill: Oh I see! I will buy them from the department store instead.
Dr Panda: Do not consume that alcoholic drink as well! You are underage!
◆Tips: When cleaning your hands with a water tap, wash with liquid soap and water, and rub for at least 20 seconds, then dry them with a disposable paper towel.
