【明報專訊】Have you noticed there are dimples on the surface of a golf ball? These tiny aesthetic imperfections allow better performances in a golf game. A dimpled ball flies a longer distance than a smooth one because its dimples create a thinner layer of air that sticks to the surface of the ball. This allows the ball to advance with less resistance.
