【明報專訊】Most kinds of chocolate taste sweet, but cocoa beans, which chocolate is made from, taste bitter. Cocoa beans are taken from fruits of cacao trees. Dark chocolate is made with little or no sugar, and milk chocolate is produced with larger amounts of sugar and milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter instead of cocoa, with sugar and milk. That is why it is ivory or yellow in colour.
