There are traditional activities from various cultures that emphasise mindfulness and appreciation in everyday life. These traditions highlight the importance of cultural heritage and the joy found in engaging mindfully with our surroundings.

Thai fruit carving is a traditional art form which transforms ordinary fruits and vegetables into beautiful decorative sculptures. Originating in Thailand, this practice is often seen at festive occasions, ceremonies and upscale dining experiences, showcasing the skill and creativity of the carvers. This craftsmanship requires creativity, patience, precision and focus, thus fostering a sense of calm and mindfulness.
