【明報專訊】When they were in Switzerland, Bill and Dr Panda joined a local tour to a chocolate factory. Was any surprise waiting for them?
“ Bill: I wish I could eat all the mouth-watering chocolates here. ”
“ Dr Panda: Free tasting is good enough for us. ”
“ Bill: I never saw any chocolate bars in pen shape like this! ”
“ Dr Panda: They are apparently a new product made with a secret formula! ”
“ Eason: Secrets in a pen? They certainly have to do with my weapon! ”
“ Dr Panda: He overlooked this sign... ”
■Culture tips
Swiss people love chocolate, as evidenced by the fact that Switzerland's per capita chocolate consumption is highest in the world. Swiss chocolates have earned an international reputation for their high quality. There are many famous Swiss chocolote brands, and their products are exported globally. Because Swiss confectioner Daniel Peter invented the method of adding milk to cocoa in 1875, we now enjoy milk chocolate bars that are not bitter at all.
