【明報專訊】近年社會對精神健康的關注度提高，坊間常見禪修、靜觀、冥想等課程或工作坊，然而為情緒尋找出口之際，我們也許忽略了觀察自己的內心。現在就讓我們一同學習如何形容心情與感受吧！(圖)有16個大格，各大格由4格(順序為：左上、右上、左下、右下)組成一個四字成語(見例)，試完成拼圖，拼出與情緒表達有關的四字詞語。
