■Know more

Electricity is essential for many things we enjoy every day. It powers our lights and gadgets. However, we need to use electricity wisely to protect our planet, conserve resources for future generations and save money.

The simplest way to save electricity is by turning off unnecessary lights. Also, remember to unplug devices when not in use, as they still draw power when plugged in. Opting for natural light during the day instead of relying on artificial lighting is another smart practice.

Spending too much time on electronic devices can consume a lot of electricity, so it is a good idea to limit screen time. Additionally, we can engage in earth-friendly activities such as playing outside, going for a walk, or doing arts and crafts that do not require electricity. By being mindful of our energy use, we become heroes for our Earth.
