Oda Nobunaga (織田信長, 1534 - 1582) was a government official, military commander and landlord in Japan. His father was a powerful landlord and the chief of the Oda clan. After his father's death, he inherited the land and became the chief of the clan.
At that time, there was constant military conflict due to little social or political stability. By adopting new military tactics, he successfully brought half of Japan under his control. Although he could not unify every part of Japan, he is still considered one of the most important people who unified the country. With a natural gift for leadership, he improved the economy by changing the market system and expanding international trade.
