◆Mango festival in the Philippines
Mangoes are regarded the "national fruit" of the Philippines. The Mango Festival is held every April in the province of Zambales (三描禮士), where you can find the sweetest mangoes in the country. The festival is highlighted by the grand parade, which features a street dancing competition. (photo.1)
◆Tomato festival in Spain
La Tomatina is a food fight festival held on the last Wednesday of August each year in the town of Bunol (布尼奧爾) in Spain. Participants throw more than one hundred metric tons of overripe tomatoes in the streets for entertainment purposes. The one-hour tomato fight makes the little town one of the most popular tourist destinations. (photo.2)
◆Pumpkin festival in Germany
Germany has the largest pumpkin festival in the world. Over 450 thousands pumpkins are on display in the Ludwigsburg (路德維希堡) Pumpkin Festival for more than two months. There is a large variety of pumpkin related food to taste, and also giant pumpkin carving and pumpkin regatta, etc. (photo.3)
