◆Ingredients and tools
．Ice cube tray
．Sparkling water
．Fruit

Wonder why the ice cubes look reddish? It's the natural food dye from the red-flesh dragon fruit! (photo.a)
(1) Cut the fruit into small pieces.
(2) Put the fruit into the ice cube tray. You can mix different types of fruit to create colourful cubes.
(3) Pour sparkling water into the fruit-filled tray and freeze. Distilled water will also do.
(4) Enjoy your drink with the refreshing fruit-infused cubes!
