Bill : Dr Panda said we need at least two servings of fruit each day for good health. Let me buy some avocados!
Eason : That's right! Do you want some coconuts as well?
Bill : Sure! I will take four avocados and one coconut for today!
Eason : You should buy more! Eat as much as you can, so that you could obtain as much nutrition as you can!
Dr Panda : Stop it! Do you know that avocados and coconuts are naturally high in fat content? They are not counted towards the ''two servings a day'' recommendation!
Eason : You are so awful! I planned to destroy the world with heart diseases and stroke! You ruined my plan again!
◆Tips: Fruit juice contains less dietary fibre but a much higher sugar content than a whole fruit. A serving of fruit juice also has more calories!
