【明報專訊】In Paul's class, there were a bunch of naughty boys who always got into mischief. They loved to play in the washroom! One day, they turned the taps on, wetting rolls of toilet paper and then tearing them down into pieces.

Does that sound familiar to you? They then threw the toilet papar piece by piece to each other! The toilet paper ended up on the mirror, lying on the floor or floating in the sinks.

"Cool! Let's do that again next time!" Bernard said. Paul heard all this in a toilet cubicle.

"This is outrageous (可恥的)!" Paul came out after Bernard and others left the washroom. After a few steps, his shoes were caked in some wet toilet paper. "Disgusting! They look like wet mud!" He yelled.

During lunch, Bernard dug into (開始大吃) a bowl of curry rice. Not long after Bernard finished his meal, he looked nervous and started shaking. "Ahhhhhhh..." He was groaning and holding his stomach.

"Oh Jesus. I shall try my best to stay in the classroom. I shouldn't have used all the toilet paper up!" Bernard thought.

After the lunch break, he could handle the pain no more and rushed to the washroom.

Feeling curious and gloating over what had happened to Bernard, Paul followed Bernard into the washroom.

He then heard somebody crying. It's Bernard's voice!

"Ah... What should I do! There's no toilet paper!" Bernard uttered a cry of despair.

"Hey there, do you want some tissues?" Paul pitied the poor boy and was willing to give him a hand.

"What do you want in return?"

"Tomorrow you must bring back school the same amount of toilet paper wasted. Promise me not to play with the toilet paper in the future."

"Of course!"

After helping Bernard, Paul sighed, "Why shouldn't I just let him suffer?" But at least he thought he had fulfilled his duty.

◆Food for thought

Have you ever seen your classmates playing with wet toilet paper in the washroom? Don't do that and remind your classmates not to do so.
