DIY﹕Plastic apple box
【明報專訊】◆Materials and tools
- 2 empty bottles with bottoms with 5 humps
- cutter/ scissors
- stickers for decoration
- bamboo chopstick or any short piece of stick you can use
- coloured fabric or papers
- masking tape
- glue
1. Clean the bottles. Cut out the bottom parts for 2 halves of the "apple". Make sure the edges are smooth.
(Be careful when using a cutting tool!)
2.Wrap the edges with masking tape in two layers for safety protection. Put on stickers for decoration.
3. Cut out a suitable length off the stick/ bamboo chopstick and glue it onto the centre of one of the apple halves.
4. Cut out a leaf from the fabric and attach it to the stick. Assemble the two parts.
