©ñ²´¥@¬É¡GI really love dim-sum
¡i©ú³ø±M°T¡jI am an exchange student from Spain. In my first week in Hong Kong, I went to Tuen Mun Public Riding School with my host family. That was the first time I had touched a horse. We had so many good memories there. My host family always try their best to make me happy in Hong Kong. Thank you so much.
I love Hong Kong cuisine. I really love dim-sum, especially steamed buns. In European countries, one normally has one's food in one's own plate. However, here, food is served in the middle of the table. I have to keep taking the food during dinner. At first I felt strange about that, but now I really enjoy doing so.
learn how to use chopsticks
I have to learn how to use chopsticks. What a nightmare! In the first month I couldn't hold my chopsticks at all. I can handle them pretty well now. That's a big improvement, isn't it? I do look forward to the following eight months!
