DIY:Avocado and white bean wrap

?several pieces of flatbread
?1 shredded carrot
?2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (蘋果醋)
?1 can of white beans
?1/2 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (濃味車打芝士)
?1 chopped red onion
?1 avocado (牛油果)
?1 tablespoon of canola oil (芥花籽油)
?1/4 teaspoon of salt

◆1. Whisk the vinegar, oil and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the onion and carrot and mix well.
2. Mash the beans and avocado in another bowl with a fork. Stir in the cheese.
3. Spread the bean-avocado mixture from step 2 onto a piece of flatbread and top with the mixture from step 1. Roll it up, and cut it in half to serve.
