【明報專訊】今年是加拿大立國150周年，加拿大公園管理局(Parks Canada)跟《國家地理雜誌》(National Geographic)合作，推出全新的《國家歷史遺址手冊》(《National Geographic Guide to the National Historic Sites of Canada》)，全書352頁，介紹加國236個歷史遺址，配以照片和背景資料。 另外介紹多個國家公園和海洋保護區的《國家公園手冊》(《National Geographic Guide to the National Parks of Canada》)，也推出增訂版。 兩本旅遊手冊都有英文和法文版本，由Penguin Random House Canada發行，昨日正式推出市面。 管理公園管理局的聯邦環境及氣候變化部長麥克納(Catherine McKenna)鼓勵國民今年到訪國家歷史遺址(national historic site)，學習本國的多元歷史。 公園管理局轄下有46個國家公園、1個國家城市公園(national urban park)、4個國家海洋保護區(national marine conservations)和171個國家歷史遺址。
