【明報專訊】Taylor Swift is a 26-year-old singer-songwriter from the United States. She began writing songs and learning to play the guitar at twelve. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee (田納西州納什維爾), the capital of country music, at fourteen and was then signed to a record label. However, her first album did not come out until two years later.
Taylor Swift is currently one of the most popular singers in the world. On 10 May 2016, BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc) presented Taylor with an award that was named after the artist herself in recognition of her profound impact on the pop culture. The only other artist who has received such an award is Michael Jackson.
