DIY：Witches' brooms
【明報專訊】Halloween is coming soon. Do you like trick-or-treating? Do you like wearing costumes? This year, what about making some healthy Halloween snacks by yourself? They are brooms of the adorable witches.
◆Ingredients and tools
˙string cheese
˙biscuit sticks
˙green onions(optional)
˙a knife
(1) Cut the cheese sticks into pieces with help from an adult.
(2) Form each cheese stick into the shape of a broom.
(3) Break the biscuit sticks in half. Push a biscuit stick into the cheese sticks gently to make the handle.
(4) Tie a thin piece of green onion around the cheese sticks if you want to decorate the brooms.
(5) Arrange on a plate and serve.
◆Quick tips
． Cut a small "+" on the tip of each cheese stick to make it easier to insert the biscuit sticks.
． If you make thicker ''strings'', you can serve the brooms by standing them up.
