•(A) He was a co-founder of Apple Computers Inc (subsequently renamed Apple Inc). It has launched a series of revolutionary products like the iPhone, iPod, iPad and Mac since it was founded in 1976.
•(B) He is CEO and a co-founder of Facebook. In 2015, he and his wife Priscilla Chan launched the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, which is aimed at advancing human potential and promoting equality in such areas as healthcare, education and scientific research.
•(C) He is a co-founder of Google. In 1996, he and Sergey Brin (布林) created in a research project a search engine called "Google" at Stanford University (史丹福大學). It is now the most popular search engine in the world.
•(D) He was once CEO of Microsoft. He and his wife set up the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is aimed at addressing a number of issues like extreme poverty and poor health in developing countries.
