a pencil

a pair of scissors

a piece of paper for design the draft

a piece of red paper (or more)

(1)Design a symmetrical pattern. Decide the parts you would remove or remain. Since the Year of the Rooster will come soon, let's draw a rooster!

(2)Fold a piece of red paper in half and draw with a pencil half of the pattern along the folded edge.

(3)Cut along the lines with a pair of scissors.

(4)Unfold the paper and it is done!
