Classics﹕Alice's Adventures in Wonderland - Lewis Carroll
【明報專訊】Alice has gone through many interesting yet scary experiences in the Wonderland. She has entered a rabbit hole and seen unusual animals like Bill the lizard, the caterpillar and the Mock Turtle. Her body size has changed after she has eaten certain kinds of food. But she is clever and knows how to adjust her body by eating moderate amounts of different kinds of food. Luckily, she has had such experiences only in a dream.
Lewis Carroll was the author's pen-name. He created this story for his friends' daughters on a river boat trip. One of them was called Alice. He was good not only at writing but also at mathematics and doing illustrations.

Twinkle, twinkle, little bat!
How I wonder what you're at!
