DIY:Korean fish sausage pancake
【明報專訊】Korean pancakes are coated in egg and flour and are pan-fried. They are quite different from Western pancakes. They are easy to make and savoury.
◆Ingredients
˙1-3 fish sausage(s)
˙An egg
˙A pinch of salt
˙Some flour
˙Some cooking oil
(1) Divide the fish sausages into 0.5cm-thick slices.
(2) Crack an egg into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt to it.
(3) Beat the egg with a fork.
(4) Cover the sausages with some flour.
(5) Coat the sausages with the egg mixture.
(6) Add some cooking oil to a frying pan over high heat. Spread evenly. Fry the sausages on medium heat until two sides are golden brown.
◆Quick tips
You may use oysters, tofu, zucchini, luncheon meat, fish fillets or almost anything instead of fish sausages.
