Last Friday was Sports Day, I was on my way to the sports ground to join the running races.
While I was crossing the bike trail, a bicycle ran into me. I didn't have time to run away so I got injured. Luckily, someone helped me to my feet and sent me to the nearest aid station.
When I got better, I walked to the sports ground and told my PE teacher what had happened. I was unhappy because I couldn't join the running races. My PE teacher comforted me and told me to take care.
I knew my classmate, Kelvin, would also join the running events. I encouraged him to work hard. At the end, he became the champion of the 100m running race. I was really happy. I hope I can run in the races next year. (text edited)
