Spotlight:Blossoming stairs
【明報專訊】A series of events will be held by the government in the local community, on the mainland and overseas to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR.
Among the many celebratory events, an outdoor art project named "City Dress Up: Blossoming Stairs" (城市藝裳計劃:藝滿階梯) has been launched, decorating staircases in various districts with motifs of flowers of different seasons sourced from the Hong Kong Museum of Art's collection. The project is also a celebratory event of the Museum's 55th anniversary.
To further engage the public, citizens are invited to post any photos about "Blossoming Stairs", e.g. workshops, staircases and flowers on facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #Blossomingstairs. The Museum will select photos posted by the public and repost them on the project's website: blossomingstairs.hk.(sources: Ming Pao, blossomingstairs.hk)
