DIY:Making milkshakes
【明報專訊】Fruit milkshakes are easy to make and good for your health. Fruits like strawberries and bananas are often used.
To make milkshakes, you need a blender. Be careful when you use it because it has sharp blades at its bottom.
◆Ingredients
2 cups of cold milk
1 cup of chopped strawberries
2 chopped bananas
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 ice cubes
•Step 1
Add the milk, bananas, strawberries, ice cubes and sugar into a blender. Make sure you cover it tightly. Switch on the blender until the mixture becomes smooth.
•Step 2
Pour the mixture into a glass and serve.
