【明報專訊】Reportedly, Japan decided that the Tokyo Olympics will not receive overseas ordinary spectators due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The authorities have discussed the maximum number of spectators that can enter the venues.
Also, to avoid crowds, the Olympic torch relay (火炬傳遞) taking place tomorrow in Fukushima Prefecture (福島縣) will not allow public participation. Moreover, virus testing measures for Olympians (奧運選手) will be tightened, and the number of athletes entering the arena with flags at the opening ceremony will be reduced to one-third of the past.
