DIY¡GOmelette
¡i©ú³ø±M°T¡jEggs are highly nutritious food which promotes growth. It also plays a big role in improving eye and skin health. For this reason, having an omelette for breakfast or afternoon tea is a great choice. With help from an adult, make your own omelette with your favourite fillings!
¡»Ingredients
£» two to three eggs
£» 1/4 teaspoon of salt
£»1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
£»one teaspoon of cooking oil or butter
£»any meat or vegetables such as sausages, ham, bacon, onions, bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc for fillings
£»1/2 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
(1) Wash and dice all fillings. Crack the eggs into a bowl and season them with salt and black pepper.
(2) Beat the eggs with a fork. Add cooking oil or butter to a frying pan over high heat. Spread evenly. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan.
(3) Cook over medium heat until the base is set. Add fillings and cheese. Cook for a while and turn off the heat.
(4) Use a spatula (ÁçÃê) to fold the omelette in half.
(5) Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate and serve.
