DIY﹕Rice seasoning in Japanese style
【明報專訊】Ingredients and tools
- dried ready-to-eat seaweed sheets
- bonito flakes (日式鏗魚碎)
- sesame
- zipper bag
- an airtight container
- scissors
1. Shred the seaweed sheets into fine pieces.
2. Put the shredded seaweed into the zipper bag. Add in the sesame and bonito flakes.
3. Zip up the bag securely and shake well until the content is well mixed.
4. Make sure the airtight container is dry. Keep the mixed content in it and store the container well.
