【明報專訊】Ingredients: 1 can of coconut milk 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (糖粉) (1) Pour the can of coconut milk into a bowl. Refrigerate it overnight to allow it to thicken. (2) Add the cocoa powder and the powdered sugar to the thickened coconut milk. (3) Blend the mixture with a mixer until it becomes fluffy.
